Our own methodology of Brainstorming and Brandrevision is used to identify and assess the communication needs of any organization.

We are often asked: What is corporate communication? It is the information conveyed, intentionally or unintentionally, by an organization (institution, corporation, group, department, association, etc.) through its personnel, performances, or communicative actions. The corporate communication is, in most of the cases, strategic.  It has got a set of predefined objectives, and it aims at a target audience. Nonetheless, one should keep in mind that any information being circulated may reach our clients, corporate audience - employers or co-workers- suppliers, stakeholders, prospects, brand advocates or the media; that is why, it is important to bear in mind that any action conveys information. It is also important to take into consideration the way an organization manages each communicative action, including nonverbal sensitivity and nonverbal behaviour #commtitude

Needless to say how important it is for a company to have a communication strategy which includes: a communication program and the required technology to carry it out, a crisis communication response and prevention plan, an updated record of data and a set of specific guidelines to guide decisions on how to deal with media and brand advocates. Thereby, anybody, at any time, will be able to know which the best communicative action is to be taken to respond to a specific challenge.
